Brian was so patient and walked me through in stock ranges after my current appliance died only days before Christmas. Within two days my new oven was delivered and installed problem free. Excellent sales and delivery!

We built a new house and went to Olums for all of our appliances. They had a great selection and were very helpful on the selection of our pieces. We ordered everything 6 mos before our contractor needed them, and Olums handled the lengthy timeline of the contractor’s schedule very well. We had issues with two out of the dozen purchased items when they were shipped, but when we escalated to Andrea Livingston at Corporate she made sure things got straightened out for us. We were very impressed with her professionalism, and her concern and actions taken to make sure that everything turned out well for us.

We have gotten a few appliances through them and they have always been so helpful. Nick installed our dishwasher today and he was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained everything and the install was done very quickly. We will definitely be using them in future for both the purchase and install.

Christopher Manzer which is the store manager I believe out of E. Syracuse location, he was wonderful, taking the time with me, finding something that would work for us within in our budget. Customer Service alone is so important in this crazy time, which you do not get anymore unfortunately but not with Christopher he was patient with me and spent as much time as he needed, while I was at work myself trying to handle trying to buy a refrigerator that I had just died on us the day before. Chris had one delivered to my home in 2 days. The communication between us and the driver was easy. Delivery was quick and I will definitely be doing more business with this company again .. we need more Christopher’s out there for sure.

Purchased new laundry set from them. Sales person was very polite and not pushy. I asked a question they didn't know the answer to. They stepped away for a moment and came back with an answer to the question. Showed me a high price tag item, I requested the mid range item and they had no problem with that. Didn't try to sell a single guy more than he needed. Much appreciated. I will look there again in the future.

We've never used Olum's before but the service was great from the very beginning. Tom was our salesman and he was patient and informative. He said he would try to get out delivery time according to our schedule and he did!! We made a very quick decision and we are very very pleased. Thank you to Aaron and Alex for their wonderful work installing our new fridge. Couldn't have been nicer or more competent people.

I went to the newly opened Olum’s to shop for a washer and a dryer. Bryan Y greeted us. He was very knowledgeable about all the different brands that we were interested in purchasing. He was patient and helpful. Since the machines we were interested in were the same price as the big box stores and they had convenient financing we purchased at Olum’s. Delivery, set up, and removal were done quickly and with great care. Keleisha and Brandon even arrived earlier than expected. They were also very helpful and a great source of helpful aftercare information. I would buy from Olum’s again. Mary B

My refrigerator decided to take a crap. Fortunately the freezer was still working. I had had Tuttle come over and troubleshoot it for me but apparently I needed a new refrigerator freezer. So I shopped around and decided to go with this company as they are employee-owned and their showroom is absolutely beautiful. They have any Appliance in every Appliance as you can possibly want. Not only did I pick up the refrigerator that I wanted but I also picked up a small chest freezer. Deena assisted me with the purchase answering all of the questions that I had. They have wonderful financing 1 year interest-free which made my purchase extremely reasonable. I had entertained going to the box stores but I'm not happy with the way they treat their customers, the way they deliver things and if I ever have a problem with the appliance I would rather go to a private company then a big box company. I'd rather shop local.

Just had a new refrigerator delivered and installed. The experience was great. The people at Olum’s were very helpful in finding a fridge with all of the features that I needed in a size the would fit in my space. And, Olum’s matched the sale price from home depot with better service and warranty. The delivery went very well. The install team knew exactly what needed to be done and did it well and very pleasantly. Definitely a 5 star experience.
